Welcome  to TCARS

Thornton Cleveleys Amateur Radio Society was founded in 1969


The objects of the Society shall be to further the interests of radio enthusiasts in all aspects of Amateur Radio and directly associated activities.  The Society is affiliated to the RSGB and is non-profit making.


We meet every Monday Evening at 8:00 PM
(excluding Bank Holidays) at the Cleveleys Community Centre on Kensington Road, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.


We have a varied programme of talks from members and invited speakers and the Society promote new members through a training group and who are registered to take the Foundation, Intermediate and Full examinations.
